Yrpm high-efficiency shear homogenization emulsion mixing system is our company specially designed for customers shearing, homogenizing, emulsifying dry powder and wet powder. The system consists of a self-priming pump, a high shear homogeneous emulsion pump, a hopper platform and a control unit. Automatic or semi-automatic feeding can be realized by combining packaging and other conveying equipment. Yrpm high shear homogeneous emulsion mixing system can meet the requirements of mixing various proportions of different products into completely homogeneous products. The powder is inhaled by the self-priming pump through the hopper and transported to the high shear homogeneous emulsion pump. Under the action of centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the material is thrown into the narrow precise gap between the stator and the rotor. The outer edge of the rotor carries out centrifugal extrusion, shearing, crushing, impact and tearing of the material at a high linear speed (up to 45m / s), and then ejects from the stator slots at high speed 。 Materials in the pump cavity under the action of various forces, the stator and rotor in the formation of two strong turbulent mixing process, the multiphase (solid, gas, liquid) medium instantaneous full effective mixing, homogeneous emulsification.
