YRP Shear homogenization emulsion pump

Yrp series pump is a single-stage multi-layer and three-stage multi-layer shear homogenization emulsion pump specially designed and developed by our company. Especially, the pump cover and impeller are made of stainless steel thickened forgings, with high strength, good rigidity, smooth surface and no micro pores. Under the action of centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the material is thrown into the narrow precision gap between the stator and the rotor. The outer edge of the rotor is extruded, sheared, broken, impacted and torn by centrifugal force at a high linear speed (up to 45m / s), and then ejected from the stator slots at high speed. Under the action of various forces in the pump cavity, the material forms two strong overturning turbulent mixing process between the stator and the rotor, which can fully and effectively mix and homogenize the multi-phase (solid, gas and liquid) media instantaneously and effectively. According to the requirements of materials and working conditions, the form and clearance between impeller and pump cover can be customized, and the minimum clearance can reach 0.2mm.

• Application range: flow rate:≤ 30m³/h　Lift: ≤ 10m
• Maximum temperature resistance: 180 ℃ (water cooling chamber is required)
