The bottom valve of the non-retention tank is to replace the (upper expansion type and lower expansion type) discharge valve. The process design and production process of the early discharge valve are relatively rough. It is only suitable for the stage where the initial stage of the biological fermentation production process does not require much hygiene. It is completely unable to meet the requirements of higher microorganisms for the biological fermentation of hygienic food in the 21st century. Therefore, we use the specialty of hygienic valves to develop the hygienic discharge valve (no retention bottom valve), combined with the latest technology of sanitary valve, stainless steel forged valve body is adopted. The internal structure has no dead angle and excessive smoothness, and the surface roughness fully meets the food requirement Ra≤ 0.8 μm. It is one of the first choices for tank bottom feeding valves in modern biological fermentation, starch and other industries.
