Yak series pump is a high standard sanitary and clean centrifugal pump developed by Shanghai Yuan'an on the basis of 20 years of centrifugal pump production and technology summary, specially developed for customers' technical innovation. The advantages are that the pump body is made of 2B stainless steel thick plate, which is molded by high-precision mold. The stainless steel round steel used for pump cover is solid solution treated and aging treated after integral forging with friction press. The surface is smooth and has better corrosion resistance and cavitation corrosion resistance in the process of long-term use. The pump shaft is made of special stainless steel, which has high strength, hardness and strong corrosion resistance. The two materials are not easy to bite in high-speed operation, so it is convenient to disassemble in the subsequent maintenance process. The impeller adopts open design, which is processed by CNC at one time and tested by high-precision dynamic balancing machine to ensure that the pump runs more smoothly and has low noise. The machine seal adopts external balanced type, which is more clean in use. The whole machining process adopts smooth transition, no dead corner, fully in line with CIP and sip.
