YKH+D High standard CIP centrifugal pump with guide wheel

Ykh + D series standard pump is specially designed and developed by our company for customers. An eccentric guide wheel is added on the basis of ykh series pump. When the pump is running, the liquid forms a liquid ring in the eccentric guide wheel cavity under the action of the eccentric guide wheel, so as to realize the gas-liquid mixed transportation. An eccentric guide wheel cavity is added on the basis of ykh pump body. The impeller adopts open design, which is processed by CNC at one time. It is tested by high-precision dynamic balancing machine to ensure that the pump runs more smoothly and has low noise. The machine seal adopts external balanced type, which is more clean in use. The whole process adopts smooth transition and no dead corner, which is especially suitable for the essential equipment of liquid transportation and return in online CIP and sip systems.

• Material: 304 (1.4301), 304L (1.4306), 316L (1.4404)
• Application range: ≤ 60m 3 / h, lift: ≤ 40m
• Maximum temperature resistance: 180 ℃ (water cooling chamber is required)
