Ypj series pumps are specially designed and developed by our company for nearly 20 years. The pump body is welded with stainless steel plate thickness, with smooth surface, no micro pores and casting defects. The flow channel of pump chamber is optimized according to the principle of fluid dynamics to ensure the smooth, soft and smooth material transportation, minimize the heating effect on the material, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the pump. Our company adopts special stainless steel for pump shaft, which has high hardness, good strength and good corrosion resistance. The connection between the pump and the motor adopts the design of lengthening the middle connecting section. When the mechanical seal is replaced in the subsequent maintenance, it is not necessary to remove the pump inlet and outlet pipes and move the motor. The mechanical seal can be replaced only by removing the intermediate connecting section. After replacing the mechanical seal, because the pump body and motor have not moved, it is not necessary to readjust the concentricity of the pump, so as to ensure that the pump is in the same running condition after maintenance as the pump just left the factory. The mechanical seal adopts external design, which is stable, reliable and cleaner, and fully meets the requirements of online CIP and sip.
