YSP series pump is specially designed and developed by our company for customers. The feature is that YSP series pump has completely changed the concept of traditional positive displacement pump. The traditional positive displacement pump has pulse fluctuation when conveying materials, which causes the pump and pipeline system to vibrate. Because the impeller of sinusoidal pump adopts sinusoidal surface like sine wave, when the impeller is running in the pump body, the impeller with sinusoidal surface creates four alternating moving working chambers, so that there is no pulse fluctuation when conveying materials, so as to reduce the vibration of pump and pipeline system. The specially designed impeller with sinusoidal curved surface reduces the shearing of materials to the minimum, which is especially suitable for conveying sensitive materials. In addition, the sine pump is the best choice for the larger particles in the material, and the particles are not crushed and sheared. The pump shaft is made of special stainless steel, which has high strength, hardness and strong corrosion resistance. The two materials are not easy to bite in high-speed operation, so it is convenient to disassemble in the subsequent maintenance process. YSP series pump is simple in structure and easy to disassemble. It can completely meet the requirements of CIP or sip online. It only takes more than ten minutes to replace any part of the pump body.
